2010 All Ohio Spring Frag Swap

All, Its getting to be that time of year again! We've got some details to share on this year's All Ohio Spring Frag Swap.
This year's event will be on Sat, April 10th from 11-3pm at the North Olmsted Community Cabin. General admission tickets will be $5 at the door.
We are still working out the final details on vendor registration fees and electrical availability. As soon as I we have more information, I will be sure to post updates.
For those of you not familiar with a frag swap, you won't want to miss this. There were be a lot people buying, selling and trading frags (300+) from all over the Ohio, PA, MI and even beyond. We will have several vendors as well as a large raffle. This year's event will be a great one! Stay tuned for more details. |

Yeah I hear ya. I've been savin' my pennies for this. lol Just thought I'd throw the offer out there for ya but I understand the "many" situation. hahah I got sooo many good deals last year it was sick. I'm still using the Nori and frozen food I got. I got a styro with probably $100 worth of food for $10. I got two HUGE packs of Nori for $10. I still have one pack left! (Probably $100 worth of it for $10) I just love being around the other people who are into the hobby and seeing what everyone has....not to mention the possibility of winning some amazing prizes in the raffle.
Hopefully some of the other members here will want to go but as usual it seems the "club" has no interest. Oh well more for me. haha |

| I am waiting to see... Since my first kid will be born any week now; well money and time might be tight for me this year! If it wasn't for that i would def. be going! I want a frag of blue star polyps and i nice small max. clam, so if i don't get to go i would love it if someone could snag one or both for me if the price is right! |

I'm going to continue promoting this event because its a once a year thing that really can't be beat. If its possible to go you won't regret it.....even if you have no cash. (As torturous as that would be its still a blast.)

Cool Stuff! Be sure to check out http://www.fragswapper.com They set this site up so you can view and actually reserve equipment and livestock that will be at the swap so you guarantee you will get what you want.
Oh, one other thing I forgot to mention about the swap.....THEY HAVE BEER!!!! =)

You are correct....you won't be able to see the listing till a month before the swap. I will be sure to post here when that happens. Its a really cool feature though....all free of course....kind of ensures that you get what you want. =)
Btw congrats on your future parenthood. If you can make it to the swap I'll get u that frag I owe ya! =) |

Thanks!!! for the heads up on the post and possibly getting that frag for me! I signed up for the fragswapper website...
Any of you that have not, it looks like a good website for up coming events... I saw that there is a swap in Williamsport (I travel there alot) and some that take place in the Finger Lakes (i also travel there alot)... So if you happen to visit other areas you might want to see if and when you might be able to run into a swap!!! thanks agian K-Rok for the great info. |
